CHESTNUT HILL CONSERVANCY

Join us this First Friday for the opening night of Night of Lights, as we transform Germantown Avenue into a walkable outdoor streetscape exhibition. At 6:30 PM, we will host a short but spectacular “Flip the Switch” ceremony at 8708 Germantown Avenue, including small giveaways before heading down the Avenue to enjoy storytelling, community, and live music from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. This year’s exhibition will feature six slideshow locations and a projected archival video, each presenting stories from our archives and regional partners.

Gravers Lane Gallery will be hosting an Opening Reception from 5-8PM for Two Part Inventions: The Work of Debora Muhl and Barbara Lee Smith, as well as a Closing Reception for Calliope, an exhibition featuring jewelry by Lisa & Scott Cylinder. There will be artist talks from Barbara Lee Smith & Debora Muhl. Light bites & refreshments will be available.
