Eric has twelve years of experience in retail layout design and land development feasibility. He has been with The Goldenberg Group since 2004 and is responsible for site layout and design, site due diligence and project feasibility analyses.

Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, Eric spent seven years with Langan Engineering and Reeves Engineering where he concentrated on site layout design from conceptual to final site approval including Columbus Commons, Whitman Square Shopping Center, The Shoppes at Upper Hanover, ParkWest Town Center and Exeter Commons for The Goldenberg Group. In that capacity Eric successfully designed multiple retail shopping center layouts for over 1.5 million square feet of space for projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Eric is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he received a B.S. in Industrial Design Technology.

Eric is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
