Caroline joined the Goldenberg in 2006 providing support for the Construction and Marketing and Asset Management Divisions. Caroline has over twenty-five years combined experience in commercial and residential real estate. Currently supporting the Senior VP of Asset Management along with the Property Managers, her responsibilities span daily interactions with tenants and vendors to supporting all of our insurance requirements. She also works on various group projects such as Goldenberg’s People Helping People Foundation and Annual Golf Outings. Prior to joining Goldenberg, Caroline spent 11 years in condominium association management, responsibility for day to day operations and coordinating board meeting and as activities manager for a senior living facility in CA, responsible for design and implementation of events calendar, field outings and the in-house newspaper. Whilst attending College in Northern California, Caroline studied Aviation and Criminal Justice while volunteering with the Redwood City Sheriff’s office – Search & Rescue and Foster City Police Department. Born and raised in Ballincollig Ireland, Caroline studied the native Irish language and Irish dancing, where she met her husband before moving to Media, PA where they are raising their family, rescue pets and happy goldfish.
