Steve joined The Goldenberg Group after several years as an accountant and business consultant to a variety of clients, from entrepreneurial “start-ups” to multi-million dollar and public companies. Steve brings financial discipline and vision to the existing portfolio, the development properties, and the relationship that exists between the two. He applies strategic resources to help find the best solutions for the company in today’s dynamic real estate environment. Steve holds a license in both Certified Public Accounting and Certified Financial Planning.

Steve got his BA in Accounting from Temple University, and his MBA from Villanova University.
