Kevin has over twenty-four years of diversified real estate experience, including design, project management and project development. Kevin has been with The Goldenberg Group since 1998 where he is responsible for design and construction. In addition to these management responsibilities, Kevin is a Development Director, responsible for projects including our Student Housing Project at Temple University, Exeter Commons, The Shoppes at Upper Hanover and The Court at Deptford.

Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, Kevin worked for such companies as Bell Engineering Corp. and The Hillier Group, where his responsibilities included project management, land development, pro-forma analysis and reporting, construction management and design management.

Kevin is a graduate of the Boston Architectural Center where he received a B.S. in Architecture.

Kevin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
