John has over 40 years of diverse experience in developing, managing and implementing complex projects with public and private corporations in various technical fields. He specializes in commercial, residential, re-use developments and space revitalization of existing assets. John has been associated with The Goldenberg Group’s projects since 2003 and involved with over 2.5 million square feet of commercial retail and high-end residential.

Prior to working with The Goldenberg Group, John worked for many corporations such as, Marsh USA, Arthur Andersen, ICF Kaiser Engineers, Hercules and United Technologies in various program manager and executive levels. His work involved development, program start-ups, project evaluations, government contracting, claims recovery, mergers and acquisitions. John is the founder of Promanco, Inc. a consulting company.

John received his B.Sc., Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama, an MBA from Wilmington University and his CPM (Certified Program Manager) from Defense Systems Management College, Ft Belvoir. John is also a CDP (Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional) from the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he is also a member. He is also a member of Program Management Institute (PMI).
