Carol has over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Carol has been with The Goldenberg Group since 1998 where she oversees the day-to- day operations of six properties in the Bucks, Montgomery County and Lehigh Counties, with a total of 2.2 million square feet of The Goldenberg Group’s nearly 6 million square foot total portfolio.

Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, Carol worked for Montgomery Group Affiliates and Pennmark where she specialized in paralegal work.

Carol serves as the Chair of the Western Lehigh Chamber of Commerce, holds both a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and an ICSC Certified Senior Shopping Center Manager Accreditation (CSM).

She and her husband, Buddy, have three children as well as seven grandchildren, and reside in Colmar, PA along with their two rescue pups, Owen & Heylah.
