Carlo has over twenty-four years of experience in all aspects of construction and project management, including financial reporting, office and project scheduling, project budget, design and construction management. Carlo has been with The Goldenberg Group since 2003 where he has managed design, land development, permitting, construction and tenant fit-out for over 2.5 million square feet of new Goldenberg Group projects as well as over 1 million square feet of renovations, and the rehabilitation of existing projects.

Before joining The Goldenberg Group, Carlo was with Bell Engineering Corp. where he was project manager for a $130 Million United States penitentiary in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Carlo also spent eight years as senior associate and project manager for The Hillier Group.

Carlo is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Construction Specification Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a Certified Construction Document Technician.

Carlo is a graduate of Monroe County Technical School.
