Inna Herb brings more than a decade of experience in accounting and finance across a diverse range of real estate sectors, including commercial, multifamily, residential, and retail. Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, she served as Director of Finance and Accounting at Netrality Properties, a privately held REIT with $65 million in EBITDA. In that role, she reported directly to the CFO and led multiple accounting implementation and integration initiatives. Her responsibilities included monthly close processes, accounts payable and receivable, lender reporting, preparation of GAAP financial statements, year-end audits, internal control enhancements, and budget planning.

Inna holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Boston and is currently six credits away from earning her M.S. in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a CPA candidate. Her industry experience spans condo associations, data centers and colocation facilities, hospitality, retail, academic institutions, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and energy. Throughout her career, Inna has helped organizations maximize resources, improve internal controls, reduce operational costs, and redeploy talent toward more strategic, value-added activities. She is passionate about leveraging technology to drive process efficiency and enhance financial decision-making.
