Ben has been with The Goldenberg Group since 2007 and assists in overseeing the day- to-day operations and leasing of both retail and in-development properties. A lifelong Philadelphia area resident, Ben has an extensive understanding of the Greater Philadelphia real estate market and an extensive network, which he leverages to identify potential development opportunities for the The Goldenberg Group’s expanding portfolio. Ben is a graduate of University of Vermont, with a B.S. degree in Natural Resources., a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Police Athletic League.
