Serge has over 23 years of experience in leading award-winning mixed-use, high-rise and hospitality projects that have created significant value for their owners and surrounding communities. In prior experience, Serge played a significant role in the development of the Comcast Technology Center and Four Seasons Hotel and the Comcast Center. Both towers are two of the tallest buildings in North America and received awards from the Urban Land Institute and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In addition, Serge has held leadership positions in the development of premier, mixed-use, and residential projects in Philadelphia, the Middle East and Spain.
Serge transitioned to development after a successful career in architectural practice where he held leadership positions on the design and execution of several large-scale civic projects. He has also served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Drexel and Temple Universities.
Serge holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University in Florence, Italy. He is a founding member and Vice Chair of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, Philadelphia Chapter. Serge has presented and served as panelist for both professional and academic events in the topics of urbanism, design, and development.
