Mike joined the Goldenberg Group in 2018 and is responsible for the overall Financial Asset Management and Property Management of the Company’s Retail Portfolio. Mike has over 26 years of executive level experience in real estate, including accounting, finance, operations, and strategic business planning and execution of asset objectives. Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, Mike was with Brixmor Property Group and its predecessor companies for 20 years as Senior Vice President of Management Accounting overseeing the financial operations of the portfolio including KPI reporting and tracking asset performance. Mike also has extensive experience in lease administration and tenant relations. Mike holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
